My new “Gadget”

Well my new gadget isn’t a electronic device, it is a miniature dachshund puppy. I bought it through work with Animart, it is a purebred miniature dachshund, couple months old, black with brown dapples. Sarah (my wife) came up with the name “Gadget” – I was a little surprised, I figured a name like that would sound too “geeky” for her. But the name stuck.

The little guy is so cute. I have been wanting a dachshund puppy for years now, finally I got one. Problem is, Gadget is worse then a baby – seems to always want attention – has a fit if he doesn’t – can’t put diapers on him so we have to take him out a million times a day and a couple times through the night. So hopefully I can get through the training part without getting too frustrated – he will be definitely worth it.
